Curious what can be the issue

There is no screenshot/attachment attached with your post, kindly re-share it again
Based on the name of the action being called Applied to each I would assume this is related to cloud flows. But this forum here is for desktop flows. Please post cloud flows questions in here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/bd-p/BuildingFlows
