Power Automate designer updated, how to switch to previous version of NEW Designer (not Classic)

Hello,

For one of our Power Platform env, Power Automate desinger upgraded to new UI. Is there way to switch back to previous version of NEW Designer(not Classic). This is working fine is other Power Platform environments in same tenants

This UI is very slow as if we try to expand all action, it take lot of time to load as it tried to expand all action like classic designer.

Hi,

You shouldn't need to switch as the new UI still allows you to open the side panel, click the panel icon in the top right of the action. I know that's an extra click but as this is an update to v3 I don't think there will be a way to default to side panel.

Thanks for the reply @wyattdave. The problem with this is, when I try to expand flow using side pane button, flow timed out as this UI try to open all action and show all properties inside each action, as oppose to previous V3 version, it used to expand all action very quickly and show properties only on button click in side pane.

Questions -

Is there any way to switch back to previous version of V3

Why is this showing only for one of our power platform env.

Where can I see the Power Platform env version and current version update notes

Ooh that is definitely not the right behaviour, the panel button should minimize the action and open the side panel like in the old version.

This is currently rolling out to GA as part of 25 release wave, it's planned for Feb but will start in some environments first.

There is no way I know of switching it off, I would recommend creating support ticket as it shouldn't be how it behaviours, and now its GA they should fix it quickly.
