I am currently in the process of assigning a security role for a Dataverse table (Request table). Within the request table, there is a column titled "Hub Name". We have a total of 5 hubs, each with its own respective manager. My objective is to ensure that when these managers log in to the app, they are only able to view the requests associated with their specific hub.
Is there any workaround to achieve this function, Thank you
"requests associated with their specific hub" depends on what you mean by associated and where this association is done.
For this kind of requirements usually Business Units are used, if not possible to use Business Units then a plugin on retrieve/retrievemultiple can be an alternative to filter the data (because "association" is different from "ownership", ownership is something you can limit by security roles)
However what I wrote is an assumption based on what you wrote and my understanding of "associated" you wrote
