Chat Bot icon not correct size once published in Teams

Hi All,

I'm having a little bit of trouble trying to get my chat bot icon to fill the outline. I want it to look like the bottom picture, but mine only fills a portion of the hexagon. I cannot seem to find a solution. We are currently working on a developer account and was wondering if this is something to do with it being a premium feature. Can anyone help?

@TerryC This has nothing to do with being a premium feature.

This may be a bug. I still have some additional testing to do to see if I can reproduce the issue. There are a couple of things that will help me confirm if I'm seeing the same issue that you are.

There are two places in Power Virtual Agents where one can change the bot icon for Teams:

Settings -> Details

Settings -> Channels
clicking on the Teams tile
clicking on the Edit details link

The latter will override the Setting -> Details option.

Which option(s) did you use to update the bot icon? What was the original size (in pixels) of the icon you uploaded for the bot icon?

Hi Mike,

We used the latter and the photo was 96 x 96 and is 21.6kb and is within the parameters for the correct format and file size.
