Hello! I was wondering if it is possible to look for a word as a reference instead of a full phrase when you want to start a conversation with the bot. Let me explain myself, if the phrase to trigger a topic is "I want to go on vacation", if the person types only "vacation", the bot detects this as a trigger for this.

Did I explain myself? If not please let me know, hope someone can reply me.

You can simply add "vacation" as trigger phrase for this scenario. Or you can use synonyms for this.

Hello! @ragavanrajan , I tried to, but in my example it doesn't work, I want the bot to detect specific words in a phrase the user sends and from there send a response

Did you include both "I want to go on vacation" and "vacation" as trigger phrases on the topic? That works for me.
