Get radio button values from different columns

I would like to get the values of my radio button from 4 columns. Originally, the items are set like this ["Microsoft","Google","Apple","Samsung"].

My data looks like this

Question	Answer1	Answer2	Answer3	Answer4
What company was founded on 1975?	Microsoft	Google	Apple	Samsung

On a label, the question will display. Then on radio button, each value of the columns Answer1 to Answer4 should be listed. Is this possible?

If your Radio Control is in the Form, maybe you could try as below:
Items:
[ThisItem.Answer1,ThisItem.Answer2,ThisItem.Answer3,ThisItem.Answer4]
