Hi,
I am facing a never before issue with my agent. I develop an Agent for the CRUD operations with Azure SQL Databases. I am facing a typical error below..

Error Message: The connector 'SQL Server' returned an HTTP error with code 500. Inner Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Error Code: ConnectorRequestFailure Conversation Id: 35ced914-111b-4f2f-895d-b1dca1dc081f Time (UTC): 2025-08-09T05:47:34.978Z

Can you please go to the flow directly and see what happened there.

Also can you share, is this a Topic, or a Tool that you call Dynamically via AI?

BTW, just to verify, you said this is a Typical error? so you get this a lot?

Lastly, i noticed the name has fabric in it, is this a Fabric mirrored instance or the actual SQL Server?

    hi,

I used copilot Tool and not Topic. It was working very well some days back but this error start coming lately very often.

This is Database is created using Azure SQL Server and not in fabric.

This is to update on the issue for now, I am using new connection instead of using Entra ID authentication now I am using SQL Server Authentication. So for now problem resolved. however core issue is still as is.

I know for a fact that IP addresses etc went through changes in Azure. I am actually wondering if this is what impacted you. I realize you changed the authentication essentially and this can be impacted by IP address assignments.

hmmm weird, I didn't see this myself so I am afraid I do not understand why it happened to you.

If you try to go back does it still fail?
