Hi,
I am developing a PowerApp, where I am using SharePoint List as backend. As the user of the PowerApp needs to read/ edit the data in the PowerApp, they needs the access of the SharePoint List. Giving users the access to the SharePoint List creates a vulnerability as in worst case scenario, they can edit/ delete the records from that list or the list itself.
Is there anyway I can give the users access to the PowerApp only while not giving access to the SharePoint List? Or can I give the users temporary access to the SharePoint List only when they open the App and when they close the PowerApp, the access will be gone?
Thanks!
@BD_Automation_D You might need to hide the SP List from UI but keep the permissions so they can access and perform actions from the App.
