I have an issue in programming automatic replies to outlook mails using Power Automate Desktop. The fact is that I am able to program the answer, but designed format in Power Automate is not the actual one when I recieve the mail.

I've been testing it with other outlook functions as sending an email(not replying, just sending) and format is kept correclty.

Does anyone know how to fix this so that outlook reply emails format is the proper one with new lines?

I attach below the mail I recieve in outlook and the programmed one in Power Automate Desktop.

Hi @AlbertML

So, If I understood correctly, you are facing issue while sending the email, the format of the email is not getting correctly. If so, then you need to write with html tags and enable a property called Body is HTML

So, you need to give your body as below

Thanks for your reply.
This "Body in HTML" option is only available when you send a new mail, but it does not work for replying to an outlook mail option.
I've tried it and still get same format, all in the same line 😞

Hi @AlbertML

I believe it's a limitation for inbuilt action Respond to Outlook message, for work around you can either use Office365 outlook actions - Reply to email (V3) (Preview) action or you can build you own HTTP Request and same functionality with the Office 365 email using Graph API

There really is no way to solve it, because the action does not support HTML body. The only thing we can do about it is provide feedback to MS and hope it will get implemented some time. But it simply isn't there.
