Maybe someone could help me out.
So, I have a list in an excel spreadsheet with some project codes (the codes written in excel are similar to the ones in the photo below). I want the Robot to take the list from the group on the left side which says Not Selected and compare it to the excel list. If any matches are found, it should then move the matching items to the right side which says Selected. After that is done, it should then take the Selected (all of them on the right side) and compare them with the excel list. All the items from Selected that match with the list from the excel, should stay on the right side which says Selected and the rest that didn't match should be moved to Not Selected.

I didn't read through all your code, but I have some suggestions in the logic.

Is it possible to move all items from the right to the left, before trying to match? Therefore, the right would be blank, and it would only have to find the matches and move them from left to right.

Also, the subject line of your post says that it fails to mark multiple items. Although I have not experienced personally, I have heard that some dropdowns will not be able to find what they are looking for using web drop down commands if they dropdown value is not visible. If that is the case, you will have to loop a scroll down (or page down) command into your left dropdown.

Another option is to try to navigate via Send Keys. Once you get the box of the left dropdown selected, it looks like it is in alphabetical order. All dropdowns are different, some allow for continuous input, i.e. SER finds SERVICE, others are not, where SER would find the first S value, then the first E value, then the first R value. If it's the latter, this may not help, but if it's the former, you could essentially Send Keys the entire value and know that the right value will be selected.
