I have created AI Plugin to do simple task such as value1+ value2. Then in topic, I create plugin action. how ever, it give a notice that the plugin was deleted or access right were lost. I still can see it on the list. Is this funtion is working or there is some bug need to be fixed. Is the plugin require admin to approve?

Hello
There is a known issue with plugin action based on AI plugin (prompts), the product team is working on fixing it. Right now the workaround is to call your prompt from a power automate flow.
