Hello!

I need to do the following flow structure (generic example):
Flow is triggered by a Forms answer, let's say the forms has multiple school subjects as options to an question and the flow needs to send an email to the teacher responsible for the desired subject. The data that correlates the subject and teacher is stored in a sharepoint list.

How can I operate this in a flow? Each list item contains the subject and the responsible teacher.
