I have to added custom font in the below mentioned location. But still, I am not able to view my custom font in power apps.

If the font is installed on your machine and on all the machines where the app will be used, you can simply type the name of the font as a text string in the Font property of a label.
If the font is not installed on your machine where the app will be used, you can use Wordmark.it to generate unicode characters that look like the font you want check: https://meganvwalker.com/using-different-fonts-in-the-power-platform/

The custom font is already downloaded in my local machine but still I am not able to get the font in power apps.
You can simply type the name of the font as a text string in the Font property of a label as my screenshot in my first post.
Yes, I tried but am getting error, but the font is already downloaded.
Try this on Label.Font:
"SLB Sans"
