Copilot Studio / Power Automate – Graph onlineMeetings Unauthorized + DLP Block

Hi all.
I could use some help with a Copilot Studio / Power Automate flow I’m building and I’ve hit a wall.

Goal: every day at 08:00, the flow looks at yesterday’s Teams meetings, pulls the Copilot meeting notes, generates a follow-up email, and saves it as an Outlook draft.

Issue: the step “Send a Microsoft Graph HTTP request” (querying /me/onlineMeetings to resolve the onlineMeetingId from the join URL) fails with Unauthorized, and I also received a notification that the flow was suspended due to a DLP policy (flagging the Teams/Graph HTTP request action).

I’m not fully sure:

which permission/consent is missing for the onlineMeetings call, and/or
why this is being treated as a DLP violation in our environment, and what the approved workaround is (e.g., different connector, allowed environment, or an approved app registration).
If someone can help me troubleshoot or point me to the right policy/owner, I’m happy to share the full flow + the exact error details (run history).

Unauthorized on /me/onlineMeetings
The Teams action “Send a Microsoft Graph HTTP request” can only call a limited set of Teams Graph paths (it doesn’t support /me/onlineMeetings), so that call will fail. The supported approach is to call Graph with the online meetings API (for example filtering by JoinWebUrl) using the right permissions: OnlineMeetings.Read (delegated) or OnlineMeetings.Read.All (application). If you use application permissions, Graph also requires an Application Access Policy for online meetings.

about the Flow suspended DLP
This is expected when a DLP policy blocks a connector (or blocks mixing connectors across Business/Non-business). Power Platform can automatically suspend flows until the policy violation is resolved. You’ll need your Power Platform admin to either allow the required connectors in the same data group, or run this in an approved environment/policy (Copilot Studio also enforces these policies).
