Hi, I am not able to add the "knowledge" files that are needed. Can these files be accessed by my agent on my desktop or shared drive? Also, even though I have not uploaded any knowledge files, I am still getting an error when I try to publish my agent: "Some channels are not available due to your organization's data loss prevention policy changes. Contact your administrator for more information.Learn more." Could you please help? Thank you!
You cannot add knowledge files from your desktop or shared drive directly to Copilot Studio agents.
Copilot Studio only supports knowledge sources from cloud locations like SharePoint, OneDrive, or other supported online repositories.
The error about unavailable channels is due to your organization’s Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy.
This policy restricts which channels and data sources can be used to prevent sensitive data leaks.
What to do:
Upload your knowledge files to SharePoint or OneDrive and add them as knowledge sources.
Contact your IT administrator to review or adjust DLP policies if you need access to more channels or sources.
