How to download Azure Artifact locally ?

Hi guys,

 

How to download packages from Azure Artifact to our local comp ? I've read that we need to install Azure CLI which I did, and in Power Shell I've type in what it is instructed, but it keep saying that I need to login which I already did.

Backstory is I have this PowerApps solution that  I need to see how is the packages look like after created from DevOps Build

So anyway, for Azure Artifact, when we have a Universal Package, how to see the contain, if we just want to see it first. 

Since after click the Feed and the package name, it has information only ->
