Unattended flow only performs first step, and declares it a success

Hey all, fairly new user here.

I have a cloud flow that triggers a desktop flow. It works correctly when attended, but while unattended there is strange behavior I am having trouble troubleshooting.

Basically the desktop flow only runs the first step, and never continues to the next step, which is looping through the files and sending them into the correct location via some UI commands.

This is the first couple steps of the flow.

I have tried extensive googling, but seemingly most issues are with UI commands or connecting to the computer to run unattended, and I have been able to run simple unattended flows before on this computer.

I appreciate any and all replies.

The OneDrive app and the related services do not start in an unattended flow run. As such, your OneDrive directory will not sync. Your unattended flow likely retrieves no files and that is why it completes successfully - a For each loop will simply complete with no iterations when an empty list is provided to it.

Instead, use the OneDrive/SharePoint actions in PAD, since you anyhow have a premium license. Alternatively, create your files directly in the local system by using the File System connector in cloud flows.
