Hi everyone,
Has anyone else experienced that adding a security group to the "Copilot Studio authors" tenant setting in the Power Platform admin center doesn’t seem to take effect? (I'm aware that this setting is still in preview)
Users who are not part of the assigned security group but have either a Copilot Studio User license or a Microsoft 365 Copilot license can still access the standalone Copilot Studio app (https://web.powerva.microsoft.com/), create agents, and publish them. I would have expected the tenant setting to prevent this, even for licensed users, as I assumed it would take precedence.
I also haven’t been able to find any Microsoft documentation that clearly outlines what should happen when a security group is added to this setting. Does anyone know of any detailed documentation or have insights into how this is supposed to work?
