Hyperlinks in Word

We are trying to create a really really basic chat bot in CoPilot that basically just looks a Word document that contains a number of FAQs eg:
Question 1 - What is product A
Answer - Details on product A can be found by CLICKING HERE

In word we have the word CLICKING HERE a hyperlink that go to say http://www.google.com

The hyperlink works ok in Word however when we upload this Word document into CoPilot Studio and ask the Chat "What is Product A" it will come back and sat "Details on product A can be found by CLICKING HERE"

However the "CLICKING HERE" hyperlink has been amended and will be changed to point to https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com/...

Anywone any idea how you get Copilot to stop doing this and just to use the htperlink we have in Word?

Pls check the following steps:

Instead of embedding the hyperlink under a clickable phrase (e.g., CLICKING HERE), use the full URL directly in the text.

Details on product A can be found at: http://www.google.com

Once your Word document is uploaded to Copilot Studio, go to the specific FAQ response and manually add the correct hyperlink. This can be done by editing the response text and using Copilot Studio’s link insertion feature to place the correct URL.

If you have any issues with embedded hyperlinks, save the document in a different format (e.g., plain text or PDF) and see if the issue persists.

If Copilot Studio supports Markdown or HTML, you can write the link directly in the FAQ responses using one of these formats:

<a href="http://www.google.com">CLICKING HERE</a>

Hi pn1995,

You can either use the actual URL in the text.

"Details on Product A can be found here: http://www.google.com".

Else u can still try using the Markup language as suggested by CU23091814-0 in the below comment.
