ODATA syntex for a power Automate

No idea if this is the correct place to post this.  I work with powerApps.  I have to get a subset of records from a sharepoint list.  Due to delegation in PowerApps, I know I can't do this with native filter/search functions.  I think I can create a Power Automate that takes one input from the user/powerapps and gets the filters list.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to write the ODATA query.   I can't find anything useful by microsoft on this topic.  I want filter on the column "Title" where the end of the string matches the user input.  Thanks.

Man I feel like I only run into limitations working with power Apps...  Thanks for the response.  The list can be very large, I would expect a filter array step would take too much time iterating over each record.  If the ODATA Filter query can I used contains?  I've tried writing this in ODATA syntax but can't get it to work.
