Computer Use Tool

I have tried multiple ways to get a computer use tool to trigger in Copilot studio and I keep getting this error:

"Sorry, something went wrong. Error code: SystemError."

My computer use tool is for logging into a website and extracting data, so no input is needed for the tool. But I can't get the user to trigger the tool. I created a separate topic that has the tool, this topic is redirected from the greeting topic and it maps every time. I have also tried turning off the generative AI in settings but it doesn't do anything. How can I get the tool to trigger by the conversation/user?

Can you try with other website like https://www.bing.com and see if it works?

The Computer use tool in Copilot Studio can throw the generic “SystemError” when it can’t actually run in your environment or when the agent/orchestrator isn’t set up in a way that reliably invokes the tool from a user message. This tool has strict preview prerequisites (for example, it’s only available in environments with the region set to United States, and it requires the generative orchestrator to be enabled), so if those aren’t met it may fail at runtime even though the topic and tool look configured correctly. A common pattern to “force” triggering is to use a dedicated topic with clear trigger phrases and pass at least one simple input (like a URL or “runMode”) so the tool call binds to the conversation turn; also, some users report that turning off “Dynamic chaining with generative actions (preview)” removes recurring SystemError behavior.
If it works in the Test pane but fails in Teams, it’s often a channel/version/cache issue.
