Saving an Audit app That was custom

I’ve built a custom Power Apps canvas app for auditing wind turbines. Right now, the app isn’t connected to any data source. The layout includes two initial text inputs (Tower# and Auditor Name), followed by a vertical gallery containing 35 questions. Each gallery item includes a text label for the question, a dropdown (Pass/Fail/Yes/No/N/A), and a multiline text box for notes.

I want to start saving this data so I can generate reports on overall turbine health, and eventually I plan to add a photo upload field as well. What’s the best place to store the data, and what steps should I take to set everything up? I originally built in with multiple lists for the three parks all the towers and the auditors names but got lost very quick so i am trying to stay simple.

The best data storage option for "standard" O365 licence is SharePoint and yours appears to be a simple structure, which would be more than adequately handled. You really only need one list for all the data and possibly another smaller one for the auditor's names (but if there are only a few, you can hard-code these in the app)  so you can present these in a drop-down. You can have Park and Tower as fields in the main list.

The photo could be either an attachment or an Image column - I suggest the first if you are likely to have more than one photo.

Without seeing what you have now, it is a bit hard to specify design etc.
