Hi Dave,
A few things are worth checking:
Analytics data, especially feedback comments, is not always available immediately. There can be a delay before comments appear in the Comments tab.
Make sure the agent has been published after enabling feedback collection. Comments submitted against older versions may not appear as expected.
Verify that you're looking at the correct environment, agent, and time range in the Analytics page.
If you're testing through multiple channels (e.g., Teams vs. Copilot Studio test pane), confirm that the channel you're using supports feedback comment collection.
Try submitting a few new comments after republishing the agent and wait some time before checking the Analytics page again.
The fact that you can see the feedback counts on the main Analytics page but the Comments tab still shows zero suggests the feedback is being recorded, but the comment details are either delayed or not being surfaced correctly.
If everything above checks out, this may be a platform issue. I'd recommend opening a Microsoft support ticket, especially if you can consistently reproduce it with a newly published agent.
A couple of questions:
Are you testing in the Copilot Studio test pane, Microsoft Teams, or another channel?
Approximately how long has it been since the feedback comments were submitted?
