Hello,

When I open my Power Apps portal I see below message on top.

"Power Platform will start relying on a new cloud service dependency called Power Platform API, evaluate adding the service to your Conditional Access policies, and updated URLs to your firewall rules."

Apps section, apps are not loading. Please provide the solution for this.

As a Power Apps end user / Developer, no action that you need to take.

If you're a system administrator and firewall rules are implemented in the environment, it's important that you review the documentation to ensure that your firewall exception rules are up to date

    Hi,

    Step What to Do
    ✅ 1 Allow https://api.powerplatform.microsoft.com in firewall/DNS
✅ 2 Add it to Conditional Access (Microsoft Entra)
✅ 3 Refresh Power Apps page / clear cache
✅ 4 Test access using browser Dev Tools

If I have answered your question, please mark it as the preferred solution ✅ . If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up 👍.
    Regards,
    Riyaz

Microsoft has started using Power Platform API to support parts of Power Platform, so it needs to be allowed through your security setup.

To fix the issue with your apps not loading, you'll want to do two quick things:
Update your Conditional Access policies in Azure AD to include the "Power Platform API" as an allowed cloud app. This lets users authenticate and access services properly.

    • Azure Portal > Azure Active Directory > Security > Conditional Access.
    • Under Cloud apps or actions, make sure "Power Platform API" is included in the apps list.

Check your firewall or proxy settings and make sure the following URLs are allowed:

    • api.powerplatform.microsoft.com
    • powerplatformapi.azure.com
    • *.powerplatformapi.azure.com

Once those are added, refresh your browser or try again in a new session. The apps should start loading normally.
