You can now see the capacity of message in the PP admin center (under Resources / capacity) at tenant level.
You can also assign capacity to specific environments in the Add-ons tab (in the same section) and track consumption for chargeback mechanism.
More reporting capacity is coming soon.

Yeah, I've see that - what I'm after is the "single pane of glass" admin report, so I can see which bots are using what, to monitor is any are using a ton of messages and consuming more than their fair share.
Keeping my fingers crossed! I can't really go into many many individual bots to check each individually.
