I know it's been a question for how best to allow for team development of PowerApps for a while now and need a good solution or workaround to this problem.
I work on a development team where two of us are developing a replacement for our mobile app using PowerApps. In an attempt to concurrently develop the new app, we would like to attempt development of a home screen app that opens other apps via the Launch function.
The problem we are having is that if we do so, all apps that are launched from the home screen must be shared with the user, allowing them to launch each application separately from the PowerApps main screen. Is there a way to only show the home screen app while hiding the others?
Hi @AveDog08,
Do you want to hide the shared apps from the end users?
When you share your app with users in your Org, the shared apps must be displayed within Apps List of user's PowerApps.
If you want to hide the shared apps from the end users, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.
If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:
