By default, when we create Approval from MS Teams, it send notification to Approvers only in MS Teams. My requirement is that I want to send Approval Notification on Email as well. For this I am using "when a row is added, modified or deleted" action to trigger a Power automate workflow like this:

I can access Owner user details from "Users" table in Dataverse using "Owner (Value)" coming from Approval Table. But I cannot find Approvers details in Approval Table.

Does anybody know how I can get Sent To/Approvers details so that I can get Approvers Primary Email from Users table and send them email notification.

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to do that. What you need to do is use the Approval ID (GUID) to find the related records in the Approval Request Table. Each Request sill have an Owner who is one of the Approvers in the original Approval.
