While establishing the connection I cannot find my gateway.

Hi, I'm trying to connect to a local database. While establishing the connection I cannot find my gateway. I have installed the latest version of the gateway, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Could you give me some advice? Thanks in advance
