I assume this is the overview page (with the test panel) of a modern PVA bot in the https://web.powerva.microsoft.com maker portal?
In that case have you tried to login via a private browsing session to see if that makes a difference?
Edit: I see other people had similar symptoms and the issue might be resolved right now, can you confirm that?
