Copilot Studio - Something went wrong, Plugin action

I am using the msdynaibTablereading plugin action to perform the following action

Example question - who can approve 250$ for overhead expenses in travel?
When a user asks who can approve a certain amount (in dollars) for a given field (e.g. travel, entertainment, etc) the bot should identify the right table based on the name provided by the user (overhead expenses is the name here), then go to that particular row and check if the value matches with any column value or not, if not then look for the next greater column value in that row, and the header row for that column value would be the response from the bot (the approver in this case e.g. GM, CEO, CFO, Admin etc)

I am getting the following error: "Sorry, something went wrong. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" when i call the plugin directly from a topic (due to unavailability of using dynamic chaining for generative actions). I have a couple of questions

1. What does this error mean? How can I resolve it?

2. Is there any way to edit the action in a given plugin (like add a couple more lines as to what the bot should look for)
3. There is 1 input here "Cost" which the bot dynamically identifies as the cost, but the bot always asks the user for the cost. What should i ideally enter, just the number or the number along with the $ sign?

4. Is there a better plugin for this use case?

P.S I have added a screenshot of the table structure to make more sense

I posted this silly bug in this forum yesterday (with custom prompt plugin action)

Then I experimented again by creating another fresh new copilot bot and things seems to kinda work without clear explanation. What I am saying here is that: try with the simplest test bot and simplest test action plugin... and it still might not even work...
