Why does this error appears? I'm the owner of the project and I already gave access to many users.

You can once closed your PowerApps and do clear your browser cookies & history -->closed your browser --> Now open --> now retry to share your PowerApps.

I am not sure, this is some role based issue. You can refer some Google...

I give only one another suggestion, but not sure that's resolve your issue... or not
Conform this. if not share selected means if you are admin update to select share or contact your admin to update this setting.

What role do you have in the environment? System Administrator, Environment Maker or something else.
From memory Environment Makers and System Admins can definitely share I have never been anything below this role.

My role is "Personal Productivity (DEFAULT)".
I didn't change it. But, as I said before, I've always shared the app. Since a few days I can't do that anymore.
