Power App Template Link not working (404 Not Available)

When trying to access the Appsource of the Appointment Booking App Template, I get a 404 error message.

    That URL you provided looks as if it points to an app in your tenant, 404 mean that the template is no longer available at that link. Search Appsource to see it is still available.
