I have created an approval flow (1st image) in Power Automate.
However, there is inconsistency in terms of the approval template being displayed in MS Outlook. Some received the approval notification with buttons only (2nd image) and some received if buttons and links (3rd image).
I have already checked Microsoft Outlook versions but still not able to find the cause.
Requirement: The user's preference is to have the templates with buttons only.
Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance.
Hi,
I could be mistaken, but I believe the different formats is due to either viewing the email in the browser vs viewing the email in the outlook client. Can you check that and confirm?
