My colleague is trying to join the PowerApps community blog which he was able to do before but now he is unable would you able to shed some light about this as i have admin access in my organisation and i have put no restrictions in joining the community any support or advice would be appreciated

I believe this is something internal to your company's IT security as I get the same things here. I needed to join with my private account (hotmail).
