Figuring out the form that's opened when clicking on the Contact icon from Timeline

I'm on my timeline and click on the icon for the Contact.

It's opening up a form that I don't recognize.  How would I find this form, since it's not the one that I've been building out as my main form?

I've gone through all of the forms that are in my model driven app, as well as those that are not (using the Add Existing Forms) and none of them match this format.

Maybe this was the setting?

Nope.  Seems to be going to a system form that isn't in the Contacts table.  Any thoughts?  I've been saving and publishing.

Updated the form order.  That didn't work.

    Hi @damian_green23 ,

From the screenshot, I think the form you opened was from the User table, not the Contact table.

Thanks. Now that I know that, I've got to think about the implications of having this table with master data about users accounts and permissions being available to the larger community.  Definitely need to lock this down.
