Agent Suggested Prompts

I have tried everything and cannot get any Suggested Prompts to populate in my published Agent.   The Agent is published to Teams and M365.  The Agent works fine but Suggested Prompts do not show in the Agent even after 2 weeks of publishing after the Suggested Prompts were added in Copilot Studio.  Does anyone have any thoughts?

    For teams be aware on what have on the documentation
     
    If you publish your agent to the Microsoft Teams channel only, consider turning off the Conversation Start system topic. If you leave the Conversation Start system topic turned on, your agent uses its introductory message to initiate conversations in Teams without showing the welcome page. To see the suggested prompts during a conversation in Teams, users of your agent can always open the Prompt Gallery.

    For Microsoft 365
     
    If you publish your agent to Microsoft 365, you don't need to turn off the Conversation Start system topic. In this channel, new chats always start from the agent's welcome page, and agents passively wait for the customer to start the conversation.

    this propmts show up only on the agent welcome page in Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot (not in Copilot Studio test chat).
    Teams setting
    - Turn OFF “Conversation Start” for the Teams channel so the welcome page (with prompts) shows. Otherwise, prompts are only in the Prompt Gallery during a chat.
    Publish and refresh
    - Edit prompts (Title + Prompt), Save, Publish.
    - Start a brand-new chat thread.
    - Clear the Teams cache or sign out/in.
    If still missing
    - Remove and re-add the Teams + Microsoft 365 channel, Publish again, and allow time for propagation.
    - Validate the prompts in the Microsoft 365 Copilot web experience.
