Hello, I need to build an evaluation form using radio buttons for scoring.  Currently i'm importing several choices fields type from Sharepoint lists containing options from 0 to 5 and are displayed as shown in the attached image.  The values from several categories are summarized and writed back to another sharepoint list field.

I need to know how to add and show labels instead values on the radio button controls but mantaining the asociated values in background to sumarize the scores.

Thanks a lot in advance for you help-

    Hi @acepeda ,

I did some testing at this end and although you can hide the original labels by making them Transparent RGBA(0, 0, 0, 0), you cannot add new labels in the card. If you do not need to scroll the form, you could simply add the required labels on the screen and align them as required. If you need more space to put your labels in, increase the Font size on the control (you cannot see the originals) and this gives you more room for yours.

You can use the option of building a table in the Items property of the radio item.
Table({Key: "Bad", Value:"1"},{Key: "Good", Value:"3"},{Key: "Fantastic", Value:"5"}). If you show by key in the radio input, you can get the associated value by Input_myRadio.Selected.Value.
