2Hello everyone,
I give support to computers and I have a user that in one computer after he sign in with his institutional email, the Environment does not connect and gets the error message when tries to click on MY FLOWS "The proxy server in your network is blocking access to Microsoft Cloud Services. Contact your network administrator to make sure that access isn't blocked and try again"

Also, if we go to option "Open Machine Settings" because it does not connect to the environment, got this error message:

See the name on top, no environment
Anyone has encounter this error message before? We've tried to uninstall it and install it back again with the same problem, but it's only happening in this computer so far.
As an extra detail, it was working fine until 2023-06-12 when the Cumulative update KB5027215 was installed on the user's laptop.
