Loading IO progress bar
I am hoping to use this specific progress bar from https://loading.io/progress/
Can it be done?

Where do you want to apply the loading GIF to?
It is not supported to apply such JS into Canvas App, but loading spinner in canvas app can be accomplished by importing the loading spinner GIF.
You can refer to this blog to create a Loading Spinner Component like this, you can replace loading spinner with any GIF you want.
This Youtube video is also excellent for your reference.

I have a spinner for loading but am looking to add progress bars so measure completions.
Without JS I will have to come up with a workaround for now.
