In our process, we used to create an topic on the agent. we ask user to upload the file. So, user using file upload picker, upload the document that will store on the SharePoint. This is the part of the agent's work. Currently, we are experiencing size limitation for file which is more than 16MB. Why? We use agent into teams and M365 channels.
