I have created a new agent in copilot studio but that agent is not visible in manage agent section on power platform admin center, I want to sent the credit limit but due to agent not visible I am not able to set the limit. New agent is visible after 24 hour which is huge window. I want to set up the credit limit upfront how can do this?

Hey, I ran into the same head-scratcher with this, so hopefully this saves you some time.

Why your new agent isn't showing yet

The short version: that page isn't really a list of all your agents - it only surfaces agents that have actually incurred billing charges. So a freshly created agent that hasn't burned any credits yet simply won't show up there. That's why it "appears after 24 hours" for you - it's not really a sync delay, it's that the agent has started racking up usage by then. (Manage Copilot Studio credits and capacity)

Where to set the limit, once it appears

Once it does appear, here's where the limit lives: admin center > Licensing > under Products pick Copilot Studio > Summary tab > Manage Agents. From there you can set the monthly limit per agent, and you also get two handy guardrails - notifications when usage gets close to the cap, and a hard stop that switches the agent off automatically once it hits the limit.

    On setting it upfront

Now, the part you probably won't love: I went looking and couldn't find anything in the docs about setting a limit on an agent before it shows up on that page - everything points to doing it once the agent is listed. So if you need a guardrail in the meantime, the realistic move is to control things at the environment level so the agent can only draw from that allocated pool until it appears individually.
