I have a flow which is copying a file from one library to another.
The document is stored and edited in a 'Document Manager' library and then copied into a 'Document Central' library after approval.
When flow is copying the document, it keeps the internal SharePoint ID in the new library.
For example, in Document Manager the SharePoint document library ID for the document is 12, when it copies to the new library it is also 12. The Document Central library ID is up to 8554. (there are only 100 documents in the library, all the other documents have been deleted).
I have used a unique name (using a timestamp) for the document so that it is not clashing with any documents that are or have been in the library.
I have tried this in a different tenant and did not experience the same behaviour.
I also tried creating a brand-new document library in the tenant where i am experiencing the issue and it carries the ID.
Is this expected? I would have expected if the document does not exist to just take the next ID in the library, not carry the ID from the original library.
