Multi-Line Text Box Won't Save or Update

Hello everyone. I have a comments box that won't save or update. It's a multi-lined textbox to a multi-line sharepoint list. I've removed and replaced the textbox multiple times. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Jesse

    @JesseOfColorado you have provided very little detail.

    1. Are you using a Form?
    2. Which functions are you using to save the Text Box entry into SharePoint? SubmitForm, Patch, UpdateIf etc?

    I;m using submit form on my intake form. I am using patch() in admin form. The patch() is working. The intake form is not working. Any thoughts?

    @JesseOfColorado

    You're talking about the "intake" form and the "admin" form as if I would somehow know what they are. Please be mindful that I do not know you're app.

    • Is there an error message when you run the submit button?
    • Do the other fields correctly save to the SharePoint list?
    • Have you customised the DataCard for the Comments field in any way?

    Please provide detail.

    Fair enough. The intake form works off a submitform() function. But the comments do not save. The admin form works with a patch() function and the comments do save. There are 2 forms in my solution/app in sharepoint integration.

    • Is there an error message when you run the submit button? - assume not
    • Do the other fields correctly save to the SharePoint list? - assume yes
    • Have you customised the DataCard for the Comments field in any way?   ?????
