Hi,

I have an old flow, which worked perfectly, but now I get the following error message:

Error from Office Service. Url=https://euc.wordcs.officeapps.live.com/document/export/pdf HttpCode=NotFound cert=subject:;thumbprint: ResponseHeaders=Connection: close
Date: Tue, 23 Apr 2024 06:41:01 GMT
Server: Microsoft-IIS/10.0
X-Powered-By: ASP.NET

I don't understand this issue, why it appears now?

I try to check this issue in other comments, but none of the mentioned solution works for me...

I checked the connections, and the result of create file step, both of these seems to me good.

Do you have any idea, how can I fix it?

    Hi @Rapier ,

I suggest that you re-add the connection for "Convert file" or delete the action and add it again. Then resubmit your flow.

Another possibility, you need to check if the ID and other parameters in the "Create file" is correct.

    Hello,
I'm having the same issue starting from this morning.
We have an automation that creates the excel file in a path from OneDrive for Business connector and then it is supposed to convert it to PDF.
The error message is the following:
Error from token exchange: The connection (japan-001/onedriveforbusiness/shared-onedriveforbu-478b45df-d864-497e-bc89-33650691d5c1) is not found. Please create new connection and change your application to use the new connection.
Unfortunately, when I try to create a new connection, the window says my Microsoft account does not exist.

Same issue for us as well, on a flow that had been running for months.

Has anyone reported this to Microsoft?

Forgive my ignorance... I would do it immediately bu I haven't because I have never had to previously and I couldn't quickly find a way to report the issue.  If you have any suggestions, I will jump on it right away.

@jbprsn I did get a ticket put in on our end, but the more the merrier!

If you go to the power platform admin center and then go to help and support on the left you should be able to put one in.
