Hi,
I have an old flow, which worked perfectly, but now I get the following error message:
Error from Office Service. Url=https://euc.wordcs.officeapps.live.com/document/export/pdf HttpCode=NotFound cert=subject:;thumbprint: ResponseHeaders=Connection: close
Date: Tue, 23 Apr 2024 06:41:01 GMT
Server: Microsoft-IIS/10.0
X-Powered-By: ASP.NET
I don't understand this issue, why it appears now?
I try to check this issue in other comments, but none of the mentioned solution works for me...
I checked the connections, and the result of create file step, both of these seems to me good.
Do you have any idea, how can I fix it?
My consulting business flows are working again (radimaging Ltd). And
My big clients flows on 4 tenants are working, it (OD4B pdf converter action issue fix) looks to be rolled out worldwide. Enterprise client.
yes,it works,thanks.
confirmed fix for Thailand (APAC) today without having to change anything. Thanks MS , everyone in this community!
MS Support say the OD4B pdf convert has been fixed yesterday night. “Final status: We've determined that the fix was applied successfully, and after a period of monitoring, we've confirmed impact was remediated.”
There is no update from MS on the ticket, the next update is due at 20:00 tonight 9 May - the bug still exists
Why am i the only one who still cannot see it working? I even delete OneDrive Business connection and re-add it again. But still i got error 404 for all my flow. I live in Bangkok Thailand. Is it because my country not getting a patch from MS?
Its working again for me too.
Thank you to this community for your support!!
I test it today using the Convert File connector, and It worked out fine.
I agree. This is a very poor response. Out tenant doesn't even have access to the post for MO791038 - with the warning "Something went wrong - You don't have permission to access this post.." I've reached out to my service ticket representative to let them know.
MS support have provided this update..
This is very poor from MS. This has been going on for weeks and the update is to close the ticket and go to another ticket. A great way to stay within SLA's i guess. Here is the url to the new ticket Service health - Microsoft 365 admin center MO791038

@MeganSP if the flow is running in the context of your account, and it is working, you will need to have a premium licence.
