Power apps list data validation failed but no validation setup in the app

Hello. I build a simple Canvas type App using one of the templates.

The app is linked to the SharePoint list.

It was working fine until this morning when I started getting a data validation error when I'm trying to create a new entry from the PowerApp on the tablet.

I checked SharePoint list settings and none of the columns has a data validation set up. Besides that when I entered exactly the same values using SharePoint via a web browser or via Teams desktop app the new entry on the list was created without any problems and it's visible on the tablet.

UPDATE:
The app started working now without me changing anything.
Is anybody able to shed some light on this problem?

UPDATE 2:

The same problem again, anybody has an idea what may be causing it?
