Encryption and decryption of files possible in power automate desktop or cloud flow using key vault?

Hi, Does anyone used the below feature on Power Automate?

Cryptography : encryption/decryption on Power Automate desktop.

Azure key vault : Under cloud flows connections.

 

Did anyone achieved encryption/decryption of files using above features?

 

The encryption and decryption keys i have are .asc and .key available as public and private keys.

    This is not accurate please check my question desktop only has capability to do using AES.
