connect salesforce and servicenow

Hi ,

Currently we are using SF (sales cloud and service cloud) and ServiceNow.  For all issues related to Salesforce we login cases in SF and we work on them accordingly.  For all other IT related issues and some times SF related issues we use Service Now.

 

We would like to connect SF and ServiceNow.

 

Does Microsoft Flow allows the integration between SF and ServiceNow?  

 

If yes what all we need to integration the same?

    Do you want to integrate the Saleforce and ServiceNow within Microsoft Flow?

    Could you please share more details about your scenario?

     

    Yes, I think the Salesforce connector and the ServiceNow connector could achieve your needs within Microsoft Flow. You could consider take a try to add proper triggers/actions of Salesforce connector and proper triggers/actions of ServiceNow connector to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow.

    Whenever a case is raised in ServiceNow it should automatically create a case in SF and any updates made to the case in SF should reflect in ServiceNow. 

     

    Same is the case with ServiceNow.  Whenever a case is created in SF then a new incident should be created in ServiceNow.  Any changes to the case should be updated in ServiceNow.

     

    Does Microsoft Flow allows the integration between SF and ServiceNow?

    Yes, but an alternative you may want to consider is a sollution that not only integrates Salesforce with ServiceNow, but can connent additional tools bi-directionally. So integrating SNOW to SF to Jira for example.

    Tasktop does this. Integrates the end to end, not just tool to tool.
