Hello

I have created flow to collect all data from SHarepoint -site pages and send every Monday email to everybody. It should collect the news from the previous week. But it is not working. On condition is aways false. When it is not schedule, it is work but the the picture from the news is not visible. I have tried with different flows without condition but the result is the same. I did change the Promoted state ( it was 1, 2 and true) but still nothing. Could you please help me and point me out where is my mistake. Thank you

    Hello

Thank you for your reply. We decided to try with Mailchimp. But yes, your answer is right. This is the way how the flow should goes.

Hi @Verelyn , your trigger and the first action conflict with each other so your flow is always going to fail. Your trigger is a recurrence which is right but then you want to get the items that have been created in the last 7 days, not what you are doing which is after the recurrence the flow you've then basically got another trigger which is waiting for when a new file is created.

After the recurrence the first action should be a SharePoint Get items from the Site Pages document library (you'll need to type it in as the Get items dropdown won't find it). It's a good idea from a performance perspective to add a filter query to ony get those items published today minus 7 days as I've done in the image below.
