    Hi,

    Step 1: Launch Excel

    1. Action: Use Launch Excel

      • Properties: Uncheck “Launch Excel with a blank document” if you want to create a new one.

      • Save the Excel instance to a variable (e.g., ExcelInstance).

      •

     Step 2: Take a Screenshot

    1. Action: Use Take Screenshot

      • Mode: Full screen or specific window (e.g., Excel or another app)

      • Save to: a variable like ScreenshotImage

    2. Action: Use Save Image to File

      • Input image: ScreenshotImage

      • Path: e.g., C:\Users\YourName\Documents\screenshot.png

Step 3: Insert the Screenshot into Excel

    1. Action: Use Activate Excel Worksheet

      • Input: ExcelInstance

    2. Action: Use Insert Image in Excel Worksheet

      • Instance: ExcelInstance

      • Worksheet: usually Sheet1 or whatever is active

      • File path: C:\Users\YourName\Documents\screenshot.png

      • Cell: e.g., A1 (where you want to insert the image)

Step 4: Save and Close Excel

    1. Action: Use Save Excel

      • Instance: ExcelInstance

      • Path: C:\Users\YourName\Documents\MyExcelWithScreenshot.xlsx

    2. Action: Use Close Excel

      • Instance: ExcelInstance

      • Make sure to set Save document before closing to Yes

      •
Note: Using clipboard copy the screenshot and paste it into excel.
