Do someone know how to reslove the problem while 'ToOpenByTitleClass' executes, a problem occurs.

I encounter the same problem and situation.
The way of resolving this problem hasn't been posted on this site yet.
It would be helpful for me if someone could post advises about it.
For your information, I looked into the following Japanese website and found out the detailed log.
